About BCS

BCS provides wholesale Catering and Cleaning Supplies, 5 days a week, throughout Sussex from Chichester to Eastbourne, and London

BCS was founded as a Catering Supplier in 2011, serving Brighton & Hove's thriving restaurant, bar and cafe scene with same day catering supplies. Growing rapdily over the coming years, BCS soon expanded into Schools, Hospitals and other instutions, eventually branching out in to London.

Now an integral part of the TUCO and ESPO framework agreements, BCS is at the cutting edge of modern catering suppliers.

. It was founded by career hotelier Ben Ferrer, former Managing Director of the My Hotels group after he grew frustrated with the catering and cleaning suppliers on offer. Ben was also Managing Director for Tanya’s Living Food Restaurants, on the board of The Fitzrovia Partnership BID and sat on the London Committee the British Hospitality Association, and remains close to the BHA today. Hospitality is in his blood and places him as uniquely qualified in understanding and supplying at all levels of the hospitality industry.
