BCS Supplies was founded in 2011 in Brighton by career hotelier Ben Ferrer. Built on the realities of front-of-house demands and back-of-house pressures, we blend hospitality-grade service with modern procurement discipline to keep workplaces clean, compliant, and cost-effective.

Our Growth Story

2011 — Brighton. BCS Supplies opens its doors to solve real-world supply challenges for hotels and hospitality venues.
2014 — Camberwell, London. We acquire ALLIANCEUK, expanding our London footprint and product depth.
2019 — Croydon. We acquire Ship Shape Products, strengthening expertise in janitorial, hygiene, and facilities supplies across the capital.
Today — Gatwick Hub. Operating from a 20,000 sq ft warehouse near Gatwick Airport, we service 100+ regular clients across London and the South East with speed and consistency.
